Over 30 years of manufacturing knowledge, starting in the punch and die industry running manual equipment to upgrading existing equipment, programming and set-up.  Through the years I have been instrumental in setting up individual company departments from the ground up; designing, implementing and supervising quality policies, procedures and manuals and working on government contracts. 

At Miller Mold I started out as Plant Manager and moved rapidly to the position of Chief Operating Officer, I am also the President of H B Technologies and the President of the Michigan Plastics Consortium.
